Shipping Information

This page explains how shipping works at Triangles LLC. Since we’re expanding our consulting roots into retail, we keep timelines and fees straightforward so you know exactly what to expect.
1) Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only, covering all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Orders must be shipped to valid U.S. addresses. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2) Order Cut-Off & Processing
Order cut-off: 2:00 PM (PT)
Orders placed after 2:00 PM PT will begin processing on the next business day.
Handling time: 1–3 days (Mon–Sun) for order preparation.
After you place an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. Once your package leaves our facility, a shipping confirmation with tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout.
3) Transit Time
Transit time after dispatch: 3–7 days (Mon–Sun).
Most orders arrive within 4–10 days from the time you place your order, depending on processing time, carriers, weather conditions, and holiday volume.
4) Shipping Fee
Flat-rate shipping: $5.00 per order anywhere in the U.S.
No minimum purchase required and no hidden extra charges. Any applicable taxes will appear at checkout.
5) Carriers & Tracking
We ship using reliable major carriers such as USPS or UPS.
A tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
6) Exceptions & Special Cases
Incorrect or Undeliverable Address
If your package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided at checkout, we can reship it once you update the address. A $5.00 re-shipping fee applies.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, contact us right away with your order number and photos (if damaged). We’ll coordinate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Carrier Delays
Severe weather, carrier issues, or federal holidays may extend delivery times. These delays are outside our control but we will assist you with updates whenever possible.
